IMPACTUL PARTIDELOR EXTREMISTE DIN FRANȚA ASUPRA POLITICII DE EXTINDERE A UE. EFECTE PENTRU REPUBLICA MOLDOVA

Abstract

Moldova’s aspiration to join the European Union is on the rise, but at the same time the extremist parties in member states are gaining support. Given that the EU’s enlargement policy is contested by extremists, and that a state’s accession also depends on the vote of its current members, we analyze trends in French political discourse regarding the association agreements, EU enlargement and the Republic of Moldova.
