Redescription of Platydeleaster bimaculatus Schülke (Coleoptera: Staphylinidae: Oxytelinae) new to Korea

Abstract

The monotypic Platydeleaster bimaculatus Schülke, only known from the Russian Far East, is discovered for the first time in Korea. Redescription and illustrations of habitus and diagnostic characters are provided to facilitate identification.
