A NATURAL CLASSIFICATION OF THE NOMENCLATURE OF TECHNOLOGIES THAT PROVIDE FOR THE USE OF HAND-HELD IMPULSE DEVICES IN ASSEMBLING VEHICLES

The paper presents the results of a comparative analysis of the external and internal ways of systemic manifestation in the analysis of the nomenclature of production operations for assembly of vehicle structures using hand-held impulse devices based on the principles of integrity, systemic, hierarchical and development that are the main principles of any variety of systems approach. A formal basis for justifying the use of hand pulsed devices for performing the corresponding production operations for assembling vehicles has been constructed, taking into account all the relevant factors determining the effectiveness of such application, and also taking into account the mutual influence of these factors in maintaining the functionality of the whole as the basic principle of systemology. The classification model of production operations of assembly of vehicles is constructed, which satisfies the basic provisions of the theory of natural classification: the unity of the universe, hierarchy and parametrization of the elements of the classification field. Taxonomic and meromial aspects of the classification of production operations of assembly of vehicles using hand-held impulse devices are considered, as well as the principle of their duality. For the formal representation of the entire nomenclature of production operations of assembly of vehicles, the criteria of naturalness, known in the theory of natural classification, were used: hierarchy, monism, system, properties and connectivity. A categorical decision-making model for determining the type of a hand-held impulse device for implementing production operations for assembly of vehicles has been developed. A mechanism has been developed to formulate solutions for the application of a particular type of hand-held impulse device in a particular production operation of assembling a vehicle. It operates on the principle of supporting a known whole, from components, the use of which is most effective in this case. This is a manifestation of the dual nature of the solutions for choosing a hand-held impulse device – functional properties (which meet the user's needs) and supported properties (which is the internal reason for the availability of functional properties). It is shown that the relation "part-whole" and "genus-species" are gnosiological varieties of the relation of support of the functional capacity of the whole. Highlighting the characteristic features of each type of production assembly operations of vehicles using hand-held impulse devices has shown that it is the external system (system-class) that specifies the essence category for them.
