Abstract

Applying the leadership processes is not only essential for the correct path of the organization, but also promotes prudence, temperance, justice and managerial skills of the individual, generating positive reactions in the followers. Therefore, the present article aimed to analyze the literature and theories regarding Leadership in companies or organizations. This by means of bibliometrics carried out by a search in Web of Science for a subsequent network study where the indicators that relate aspects of the mapping were evaluated.
