Employee's cash compensations
Abstract
Salaries and other cash compensations are main and the most important employee's cash compensations; they are the main source for employee's existence, his/her interest and motive for employment. Employees' salaries are also important for the employer because they are extracted, together with the profit, from the newly created value. The state is the last in a chain of interested parties for this employment element since salaries represent an important factor of social and financial security for the people and a factor of social and economic stability for the society. The goal of this research is to set, through analyzing the provisions of the Labor Law and Law on Citizens Income Tax, by using recognized scientific methods, a better legal framework which will lead to a more stable relationship between interested parties, a better quality of work and effects of work.
