Cooperative autonomy and low. Point for the improvement of their dynamics in Cuba

Abstract

The objective of this work is to value the current legal implementation of the cooperative autonomy in Cuba, opinions that can contribute to its improvement. For that reason it begins explaining the origin and the transcendency of the formal declaration of the ACI about the principle of autonomy and independence. In a second moment, some juridical elements are systematized starting from which the Right must modulate the autonomy of the figure. To conclude, a critical-constructive approach to the implementation of the cooperative autonomy in the Cuban socialist legal system is carried out.
