Abstract
The paper substantiates the need to improve vocational teacher education teaching staff, discusses the functions of teachers of vocational training (social, educational , professional , organizational , research , communication , design) , describes the model of professional teacher education teacher of vocational training through targeted , informative , procedural and technological components.
