Self-improvement as direction of professional education of the students of the masters of physical education.
Abstract
Determined the relevance of the focus of professional training of future specialists for creative, professional self-actualization of personality. Analyzed the concept of "self-improvement" in philosophical and psychology-pedagogical literature. Specified the content of the notion of "professional self-improvement" students-undergraduates. Considered essential components of professional self-perfection of students-undergraduates and the main forms of their implementation. Provides criteria and indicators of professional self-perfection of students-graduates of pedagogical institutions.
