A case of successful thrombolysis in massive pulmonary embolism in pregnancy

Abstract

We present a case of successful thrombolysis in massive pulmonary embolism in pregnancy. No severe haemorrhagic complications were observed. Thrombolysis was effective and did not affect the pregnancy and the fetus.
