After the reform of seismic stations, most of the staff will work at the seismic monitoring center stations, and the general monitoring stations will carry out the operation mode of “supervised and unattended” . The operation, maintenance and management of general monitoring stations is an important part of the work of seismic monitoring central stations. Aiming at the new problems after the station reform, this paper puts forward new countermeasures.
