Impaired motility of esophagus, stomach, duodenum can be a key pathogenetic factor for development of most common diseases of digestive tract. Motility observation is of great importance for the assessment of digestive tract functioning in different areas. Clinical value of digestive motility observation is increasing, diagnosis of impaired motility is improved by using new methods for esophagus, stomach and intestinal motility registration. Manometry of upper digestive tract allow estimate intracavitary pressure in esophagus, stomach and duodenum and sphincter apparatus and is a gold standard for diagnosis impaired motility in upper digestive tract and sphincter apparatus.
