Abstract

In the era of globalization, the parties are based on the information, which is a particular resource. Information that meets certain quality requirements can be used for making economic decisions. Authors considering the usefulness of the information, process it in the context of the legal and technical, and presenting the results of empirical studies suggest different approaches to usability presented by some Polish listed companies.
