Organizational violence has been understood as an asymmetric relationship between pairs or disparate, preferably in a vertical structure. The NAQ-23 and the LIPT-60 have been the instruments most used for their measurement, but both separate the violence from the context, making necessary the creation of a new scale based on the dimensions of discrediting and communicative limitations. Two non-experimental studies were carried out with non-probabilistic selections of students in a public university in strategic alliance with multinationals for professional training and student labor insertion. Eight factors whose adjustment and residual parameters suggest the non-rejection of the null hypothesis were found. However, the type of study design and sampling limit the results to the research scenario
