Purpose. The purpose of the article is the analysis of the management enterprises and the trade union organizations of the Kirov region to incentive the Stakhanovite movement in the given period. Methodology. The author analyzes the facts using comparative, typological and statistical methods, and on this basis formulates classification incentives, that encourage workers of the region to become Stakhanovites. Results. The author comes to the conclusion that the rule of the material component incentive Stakhanovite labor over intangible than, in his opinion, explains the effectiveness of the policy trade-union committees and factory administrations carried out in this direction. Practical implications. The article can be used in scientific, educational and learning activities by professional historians, economists, sociologists and students of these disciplines.
