The paper reviews the information about zero tillage (ZT) technology of wheat of Nepal, based on published information. ZT is the most widely used technology of wheat among other resource conserving technologies. The benefit: cost ratio was found 2.38 in ZT compared to 1.81 in conventional tillage (CT) which was 31.49 % more over CT method of wheat cultivation. Hence, ZT technology in Nepal is cost effective technology facilitating early sowing of wheat, higher yield and needs to be promoted. [Fundam Appl Agric 2020; 5(4.000): 484-490]
