Aim: This research was planned to evaluate the knowledge level and behaviors of parents who have boys between the ages of 0-18 about circumcision. Method: The research is planned descriptively and cross-sectionally. In the study, the data were collected through the socio-demographic data collection form and the Circumcision Information Questionnaire developed by the researchers. Research data were analyzed with the SPSS 22.0 program. Results: 163 parents participated in the study. Participants; 53.4% (n=87) are male and 65.6% (n=107) are university graduates. The mean score of the Circumcision Information Survey of the participants was found to be 10.75±1.51 (min=5, max=13). Conclusion: For a healthy circumcision process, it is important that parents and the team to perform the circumcision decide all stages in cooperation. It is thought that this study, prepared in the light of current literature and guides, will contribute to more comprehensive studies and to establish common standards.
