The current study aims to investigate the effectiveness of using systemic thinking in the achievement and development of analytical thinking skills for the ninth grade female students in history course. To achieve this goal, an intentional sample of ninth grade students in Wadi Al-Seer district was selected. It consisted of (63) female students, who were divided into two groups: an experimental group that included (31) students who were taught by systemic thinking, and a control group that included (32) students who were taught in the usual way. To answer the study questions, the researchers used two tools, the first being the achievement test prepared by them, and it consisted of (38) items of the type of multiple choice, and the second was the analytical thinking skills test prepared by the two researchers as well. The educational content in the unit of Jordan's history and civilization in the Ayyubid and Mamluk periods was organized according to the method of teaching with systematic thinking. The results of the study showed that there were statistically significant differences at the level (α ≤ 0.05) in the performance of the study members in favor of the experimental group on the achievement test and the scale of analytical thinking skills among ninth grade students due to teaching method in favor of the systematic thinking method compared with the ordinary method.
