Reflexiones sobre el programa de la asignatura Agentes Biológicos, de la carrera de Medicina Meditations on the program of the subject Biological Agents, of the career of Medicine

Abstract

Con el objetivo de fundamentar y orientar el perfeccionamiento del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje de la asignatura Agentes Biológicos del cuarto semestre de la carrera de medicina, se realizó una valoración crítica del programa vigente de dicha asignatura, utilizando un método teórico de análisis de cada acápite del programa, desde de la fundamentación y objeto de estudio de la asignatura hasta su sistema de evaluación, teniendo en cuenta los objetivos generales y por temas, el sistema de conocimientos, incluyendo las habilidades y valores a desarrollar, así como las formas, métodos y medios de enseñanza. Se identificaron las insuficiencias del programa, se propuso el perfeccionamiento del mismo y se sugirieron recomendaciones para su transformación futura, teniendo en cuenta el perfil de salida del egresado de la carrera de Medicina.With the objective of basing and orienting the improvement of the teaching-learning process of the matter Biological Agents of the fourth semester of the career of Medicine, we made the critical assessment of the current program of the matter, using the theoretic method of analysis of each chapter of the program, from the founding and object of study of the matter to its evaluation system, taking into account the general objectives, and by themes, the knowledge system, including the skills and values to develop, and also the forms, methods an teaching aids. We identified the inadequacies of the program, proposed its improvement and made recommendations for its future transformation, keeping in mind the profile of the graduated of the career of Medicine.
