THE ROLE OFPROFESSIONALATTENDANTSAREAHEALTH : THE NEED FOR POLICYHUMANIZATION

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the role of professionals in the area of health care and the need todeploy in public and private hospitals humanization policies and invest in the training ofprofessionals. Realizes increasingly the need for improvement and continuing education. Themethodology used in this research is of a qualitative method was used and interpretivetechnique used was a questionnaire, after approval by the Ethics and Research Uniceub, Opinion 533/11. We interviewed 120 people who met in public and private hospitals. Theresults of research in service, indicate a need for improvement in dealing with patients andrestructuring in public policy
