Application of quality control circle activity in reducing the rate of defects in security management of medical oxygen supply system (降低医用供氧系统安全管理缺陷率的品管圈实践)

Objective To explore the value of quality control circle (QCC) activities in reducing the rate of defects in security management of medical oxygen supply system. Methods A QCC group was setup, and QCC tools were adopted to determine the theme of activities as reducing the rate of defects in security management of medical oxygen supply system. The current situation and problems in security management was investigated and analyzed. The root causes were indentified, and countermeasures were implemented and reviewed. T和rate of defects in security management. The rates of defects in security management before and after implementation of QCC activities were compared. Results The rate of defects in security management decreased from 5. 09% before implementation of QCC to 0. 94% after implementation of QCC(P<0. 05), the target achievement rate was 131. 75%, and the progress rate was81. 53%. Conclusion QCC activities can effectively reduce the rate of defects in security management of medical oxygen supply system and ensure the safe use of oxygen. (目的 探讨品管圈质量管理工具在降低医用供氧系统安全管理缺陷率中的应用效果。方法 成立品管圈活动小组, 确定“降低医用供氧系统安全管理缺陷率”为主题, 分析导致医用供氧系统安全管理缺陷的原因, 拟定对策, 进行对策实施与检讨。比较运用品管圈前、后医用供氧系统安全管理的缺陷率。结果 医用供氧系统安全管理缺陷率从改善前的5. 09%降低至0. 94%, 低于目标值1. 94%, 改善前后对比差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05), 目标达成率为131. 75%, 进步率为81. 53%。结论 开展品管圈活动能够有效降低医用供氧系统的安全管理缺陷, 保障用氧安全。)
