Abstract

Whoever is familiar with the history of Usul (principles of Islamic jurisprudence) notices the significant development this discipline has achieved through the efforts of scholars, and sees this in their writings, in which they took into account renewal and development until they were able to dissolve the complex language of assets and make it easy for the recipient. The nature of the research required the definition of Sheikh Al-Fadhli, his approach to fundamentalist research, his approach to developing teaching curricula, and the characteristics and features of his approach.
