Abstract

Judicial nature of contravention from the perspective of the EtCHR jurisprudence In the judicial doctrine and practice were outlined diff erent views on the ECHR provisions incidence in contraventional matter, from this reason we proposed to submit on practical and scientifi cal debates this problem, which, as other, we consider relevant for the analysis and setting of judicial nature of the contravention in the judicial system of the Republic of Moldova from the perspective of the EtCHR jurisprudence
