Althouh the technology is growing very fast the personal factor in organizations and the power which using this factor very well will continue to affect organizations productivity forever. Conflicts which occur in organizations have very critical role on organizations’ job. The types of conflicts and the types of management these conflicts have many varieties connected to organizational structure and culture. In this work; we intended to recommend our managers and workers who work in Turkish Air Force especially at Headquarters of Supply and Maintanence. For this reason; we worked to determine which conflict types occur and which strategies are used to solve these conflicts in manufacturing organizations. Also; we researched whether demographic factors are related to conflict types and Management strategies or not. Besides; we established which reason of Conflict has most effect on Organizational Conflict.
