Organizational and managerial principles of anti-corruption in law enforcement authorities
Abstract
This article analyzes the organizational and managerial principles of anti-corruption in law enforcement authorities as a system of legal remedies that are integrated and organized in a way that can consistently and effectively carry out activities on combating corruption in law enforcement with measures of organizational and legal and administrative enforcement actions. The author identifies organizational measures to identify the causes and conditions of corruption; organizational measures to eliminate the causes and conditions of corruption; organizational measures to develop strategic, tactical and methodological tasks of countering corruption in law enforcement; organizational measures to create the conditions for a lawful operation of services and divisions of law enforcement agencies, law enforcement officers perform their duties within the limits and under the law.
