Diseño de Estrategias de Marketing Móvil para las PyMES de la Ciudad de Milagro
Abstract
The aim of this paper is to inform readers about strategies that allow small and large enterprises to develop, grow and improve their profitability, through direct communication with their customers. Currently sales levels and the acceptance of products are closely linked to the use of mobile marketing, which has had a permanent evolution worldwide in which owners and consumers have managed to benefit from technological advances. It provides customers with personalized information related to time and place in order to promote goods, services and ideas of managers or business owners. The results obtained in this research carried out through surveys, show in a graphical form the trends of the local population with regard to the use of mobile marketing; this has enabled the drafting of a proposal based on mobile marketing strategies for micro - enterprises in the town of Milagro, through the use of devices and internet which aim at increasing the number of customers and securing their loyalty.
