Creative Visions for Fashion Design by Using Knots Techniques

Abstract

Design is the effective element through which the designer can create and innovate, as he relies on creativity in addition to his studies and experiences in his work field, as well as on a variety of sources which he can derive and inspired by ideas that commensurate with the innovative work that he creates, the designer must employ all his capabilities to find innovative designs and implementation solutions using high- quality techniques. In this sense, the research problem arises through questions: what is the possibility of creating women clothing designs using the different knots techniques and keep up with women fashion trends? What is the possibility of employing knots techniques with different materials? What are the special specifications of the material used in knots techniques? S o the research aims to create women apparel designs in the age group (20- 30), the suggested designs are based on using different knots techniques as decorative trimmings inspired by fashion trends (ss 2023). The research importance is due to highlighting the importance of using different knots techniques and using them as decorative trimmings with creative visions to prepare women fashion designs. The research follows the descriptive analytical method and the experimental method. The researcher prepared innovative design group includes (20) apparel designs using different knots techniques with creative visions inspired by fashion trends. As an assessment to the designs' ability, one questionnaire has been created dressed to specialists in apparel field, The results of the statistical analyses show that deign no. 12 achieved the highest percentage of the arithmetic average, and design no. 14 achieved the least arithmetic average.
