IMPORT SUBSTITUTION OF GEODETIC HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE COMPLEXES AS A GUARANTEE OF SECURITY, RELIABILITY AND AVAILABILITY OF SPATIAL DATA
Abstract
This paper presents an overview of a domestically produced hardware-software kit developed by JSC Progress MRI, designed to provide a broad range of users with high-precision coordinate information. This development was motivated by a shortage of satellite equipment and software resulting from imposed sanctions. The article aims to describe the functionality of the created hardware and software, the employed algorithm for resolving phase ambiguities, and the key characteristics of the ASIC used in the equipment. A distinguishing feature of the system is the realization of all functions necessary for coordinate determination. A base station management program collects and stores measurement information, generates and transmits corrections to users for real-time coordinate determination, and performs regular monitoring of the stability of the relative spatial positioning of the base stations. A multifunctional office program is designed for obtaining coordinates in post-processing and is equipped with tools for solving classical geodesy problems, topographic and aerial survey work, object movement monitoring, trajectory processing, including fast-moving objects (with data recording frequencies up to 100 Hz). It simultaneously utilizes measurements from all existing Global Navigation Satellite Systems or the GLONASS system only. Both programs implement the determination of absolute coordinates and velocities of base stations and determined points using the Precise Point Positioning (PPP) method, and the calculation of spatial fields of meteorological parameters. The satellite navigation multi-frequency and multi-system receiver is designed to perform all types of geodetic measurements and is equipped with a built-in or external antenna or a precision multi-frequency Choke Ring antenna and UHF band radio modems.
