Aneurysmal dilation of coronary artery in association with aortopulmonary window

Abstract

Coronary artery dilation as an association of aortopulmonary window is previously unreported. We describe a case of aneurysmal dilation of the left main coronary artery, with partial regression observed after surgical repair of the aortopulmonary window. A possible causative association and the therapeutic implications are discussed.
