Territorial development emphasizes the importance of using marketing to increase the competitiveness of a territory. The creation of viable economic and social structures and their promotion in the context of a more and more globalized competitive environment is extremely important for the sustainable and sustainable development of urban communities. Marketing operates with concepts such as competition and competitiveness, and translating them into urban space is a challenge for individuals and society.
