ADMINISTRAÇÃO DA PRODUÇÃO FOCADA EM JUST IN TIME E MELHORIA CONTÍNUA

Abstract

In this approach was presented the relevance and challenges of producing with excellence and effective controls production. The production chain involves many aspects that must be observed widely so that we can facilitate more and more manufacturing processes. The objective of this study is to analyze and understand production management processes, such as the best tools that can be used to optimize them, such as Just in Time system that lets you work with the elimination of all aspects that do not add value to manufacturing, such as waste and resupply of idleness. The Article also explores the continuous improvement methods (lean production) which also govern procedures for the internal environment, have priority through mechanisms that make them more efficient. The research methodologies were applied and explanatory, where through the qualitative method provided details of the above content.
