SOME ASPECTS OF BASES FOR OCCURRING PROPERTY RIGHTS FOR ANTIQUITIES

Abstract

The article analyzes the issue of occurring property right for antiquities, views the bases for occurring property right for antiquities. The author investigates and analyzes two bases for acquiring a property right for antiquities by discovering a hoard and by archeological excavations, and shows their similarities and differences.
