A Strategi Pengembangan Sumber Pembiayaan Pendidikan Di Pondok Pesantren Tembus Dusun Kedung Ombo

Abstract

The aim of Islamic boarding school PAI is to study economics more deeply from an Islamic perspective and this research is to describe and analyze funding resource management strategies used to develop educational funding sources in Islamic boarding schools. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The location of this research is the Temulus Islamic Boarding School, Kedung Ombo Hamlet, which is located in Mantingan sub-district, Ngawi district. It is hoped that the development of education financing in Islamic boarding schools can facilitate the development of the spiritual dimension so that it can provide guidance based on religious knowledge and scientific charity. The information gathering strategy uses interviews with the boarding school's financial administrators, perceptions by going directly into the action area and documentation. The results of the research show that the strategy carried out to develop Islamic boarding school education financing is by means of a financing budget planning strategy, financing implementation strategy with a budget divided into two, namely revenue which includes: re-registration of new students, funding sources from the government, monthly withdrawals, donations from the congregation, and cottage entrepreneurial canteen. And the costs obtained for expenses include writing materials, Islamic boarding school development, teacher honorariums, learning planning, textbooks and other activities, and evaluation strategies
