In Vietnam, although knowledge management (KM) is not popular, many enterprises, big or small, begin to focus on facilitating knowledge sharing between their employees. To increase competitiveness of Vietnamese enterprises, especially for SMEs –the most dynamic sector of Vietnam economy, encouraging knowledge sharing (KS) between employees is one of the most useful solutions. However, previous research showed that knowledge sharing was affected by organizational culture. Therefore, this research focused on exploringcultural factors affecting on knowledge sharing.
