The paper presents the results of a study of the possibility of creating metal-matrix composites «nickel – transition metal oxide», characterized by increased corrosion resistance, due to the targeted compaction of the metal matrix under the conditions of catalysis of electrocrystallization processes by oxide phases with controlled redox activity.
