Abstract : Autism is a communication disorder characterized by linguistic and visual communication difficulties. Autistic children often struggle with expressive communication, attention deficits, and problems storing and retrieving information, impacting their ability to remember and focus. To address these challenges, parents and teachers must leverage scientific advancements. Mind maps can activate the visual memory of autistic children, enhancing their learning and communication skills. Using a descriptive approach with explanation and analysis mechanisms, this study explored how mental maps, aligned with brain function, can improve visual communication and focus in autistic children. Examples based on mind maps were created to aid learning and consolidate information. The findings emphasize that learning is a visual, auditory, motor, and voluntary process, supported by mind maps that enhance recall and communication. We recommend specialized training courses for teachers and parents to utilize these technological tools effectively. Keywords: Autism, Attention, Visual Memory, Visual Communication, Mind Maps.
