Although there is a type of carrier system that is not frequently preferred today, there is a considerable amount of masonry structure built in the past in our country. It is important to design the masonry structure systems which show limited strength and ductility in comparison with reinforced concrete or steel structures under horizontal loads, especially in severe earthquake regions where there is a demand for extra - elastic demand.In this study, a fast, easy and realistic calculation algorithm for the stress-based analysis of existing and new masonry structures,electronic tables are developed and the analytical results of the prepared program are compared with the results of the end - effector method and stress - based package program for sample structure models.
