In the time of the Information Revolution, societies are being reconstituted through the rapid advancement of information technology, which has allowed the connection of far places and the creation of unimaginable societies in the past. The rapid development presents many challenges, as many human societies lose the identity of their cultural heritage quickly, and a new generation emerges on cultural traits different from that of its parents and grandparents. The museum as a cultural intermediary between generations reflects its role and mission in the way its program is presented to visitors, its involvement and attracting its attention. Where the research problem arises which is the need to improve the quality of the museum experience and keep pace with the changes in the digital age.
