УкраPublic monitoring of establishment and operation of administrative services centers in Ukraine
Abstract
The paper examines the role of civil society in the processes of designing and operation of the administrative services centers in Ukraine. The authors analyze of NGOs approaches to providing a methodological basis for public monitoring of the administrative services centers. The paper examines the main results of public monitoring, causes and factors that hinder the development of administrative services to citizens through appropriate centers. It is proposed the ways of identified problems solutions and recommendations for improving the system of administrative services in Ukraine. The paper provides an overview the approaches to public monitoring methodology. It is established that the purpose of public monitoring of the administrative services centers is to assess their status compliance with the Law of Ukraine “On Administrative Services”, gathering of relevant qualitative and quantitative data on administrative services, improving the efficiency of the centers of administrative services and the quality of administrative services.
