Abstract
The history of legal thought is characterized by a perpetual tension between natural law and positivism. However, the long history of legal ideas allows us to question the relationship of jurists to "Nature" and especially to return to legal epistemologies that can be considered as founded on artifacts that badly conceal the role of the will of Men.
