Cause Analysis and Control Measures for Inaccurate ATO Parking Accuracy of Qingdao Metro Line 13
Abstract
Objective In order to solve the stop mark exceeding/failing problem of Qingdao Metro Line 13, it is necessary to deeply analyze the control principle of ATO (automatic train operation) parking and the factors affecting its accuracy, and formulate effective control measures accordingly. Method The principle of ATO parking accuracy control for Qingdao Metro Line 13 trains is briefly described. The causes of train stop mark exceeding/failing are analyzed from the aspects of signal system factors and vehicle system factors respectively. Optimization control measures for accurate parking are proposed. Result & Conclusion ① Signal system factors: by optimizing the speed measurement logic, balise layout and ATO algorithm, the train positioning and parking accuracy are improved; ② Vehicle system factors: through fine-tuning the braking conversion timing to match the signal system requirements, the train accurate parking is achieved. These optimization measures jointly improve the train parking accuracy and significantly enhance the operational efficiency.
