Quantitative indicators in function of companies creditworthiness assesment

Companies business in todays modern market-economic conditions is extremely turbulent and requires constatn adaptation to these conditions. Constant techological and economic inovations, especialy in adequately cash flow management as well as acquiring additional funds and its investments, represent a 'conditio sine qua non' of every modern company. The fastest and the most common way of acquiring additional funds is loan. Creditors must assess creditworthines of a company, before it approves loan. The aim of this paper is to show that with statistical models, with the use of quantitative indicators (analytical ratios), creditors can gain enough qualitative information about preliminary assessment about creditwothines of a company.
