IMPROVEMENT OF PERSONNEL SUPPORT OF ACTIVITIES OF EXECUTIVE BODIES REGIONAL AUTHORITY
Abstract
The presented article identifies the peculiarities of the system of personnel support for the activities of the executive authorities, as well as proposes recommendations for improving the tools for its development. The presented conclusions and author's approach to improving the tools ofpersonnel support of executive authorities of different levels can be used in practical activities of regional and municipal authorities. In the course of the study, the authors revealed the content of the concept and structural peculiarities ofpersonnel support for the activities of the executive authorities, defined its key elements; On the basis of the methods of document analysis, observation and survey, an assessment of the current state was carried out and problems of staffing of the executive authorities of the region were identified. On the basis of the obtained data, the vector of development of personnel policy in the system of the state civil service has been determined, as well as tools for improvement ofpersonnel support of executive bodies of regional power have been formed.
