Case of a fatal lung disease in a child with juvenile dermatomyositis

Abstract

The article presents a case of a fatal lung disease in a child with juvenile dermatomyositis. Juvenile dermatomyositis is a serious disease with an unpredictable course, and lung damage in juvenile dermatomyositis is one of the most severe manifestations and adverse prognosis factor of the disease.
