THE FORMS OF LABOR MOTIVATION IN THE FRAMEWORK OF MODERNIZATION OF HIGHER EDUCATION IN THE REPUBLIC OF CRIMEA

Abstract

The forms of labor motivation in the framework of modernization of higher education in the Republic of Crimea are discussed in the paper. The analysis of the basic indicators of activity of educational institutions of the Republic of Crimea during the period 2010-2015 is made. It is noted that significant positive changes are revealed in the region's higher education system with the integration of the Crimea to the Russian Federation. The analysis of types of incentive payments in V. I. Vernadsky Crimean Federal University is made by authors. The positive role of incentive factors is defined by the awareness of employees in their results.
