To test, to propose and to make: technical discussions and contributions for production diversification in Mendoza (1907-1928)

Abstract

Departing from previous studies that highlight the role of the agricultural teaching in knowledge generation and in the training of human resources in Mendoza, we analyze and recover the State projects implemented in the province in order to promote and extend fruit crops. We will explore the contribution the National School of Viticulture in this process and we will take onto account the proposals of specialists and their cooperation with State agencies that participated in agro industrial diversification.
