We present a 42 year-old man, admitted in Sibiu Neurology Clinic for pain, numbness, muscle weakness in the extremities, gait disturbance. The electromyography and nerve conduction studies examinations revealed a demyelinating polyneuropathy aspect in a biochemical context of pancytopenia and hypersplenism. Further hematology and histology evaluation settled the diagnosis of splenic small B-cell lymphoma.
