The authors of this contribution analyze the stakes of restitution of a research program in reproductive health in the context of globalization. They distinguish, on the one hand, the conception of positivist inspiration inscribed in the research framework of the funding institution; and on the other hand, the conception linked to their understanding epistemological posture, oriented towards the "concern for others" and the acknowledgment of situations of physical, relational, social uncertainty experienced by women, men, couples facing infertility in African and migration settings. Based on examples of different forms of "restitution" identified during their research study, they argue in favor of a health justice in relaying one of the social demands that was transmitted to them on the field: "Talk about it!"
