To improve the learning process and consolide learning, paying attention to individual differences among learners is necessary. Personalized System of Instruction (PSI) is an educational method that clearly takes individual differences into account. In this research, learning physics through PSI, in a physics course for secondary school students, is compared with learning physics through a traditional method the lesson plan for this course has been designed based on PSI and two groups of high school students were randomly selected. One of the groups was taught through Personalized System of Instruction (PSI) and the other group through traditional method. This study is a semi-experimental research and the results show that Personalized System of Instruction (PSI) is much more effective than traditional method.
