Objective: To summarize and think about the surgical process of subthalamic nucleus deep brain stimulation assisted by Sinovation SR1-3D surgery robot in Parkinson's disease patients. Methods: To summarize the clinical data, preoperative preparations, surgical procedures, and postoperative recovery of a Parkinson's patient who underwent robot-assisted deep brain stimulation in Jiangxi Provincial People's Hospital in 2021. Discussion to guide future clinical work. Results: With the assistance of the robot, the deep electrode was accurately implanted in the designated position. The postoperative symptoms of the patient were improved, and there were no obvious postoperative complications. Conclusion: In deep brain stimulation surgery, the use of robots can improve the accuracy of electrode implantation, improve patient symptoms, and reduce postoperative complications.
