Separation of bile acids of rat bile by thin-layer chromatography

Abstract

The common bile acids of rat bile (chenodeoxycholic, hyodeoxycholic, cholic, α-muricholic, and β-muricholic acids) are completely separated by a new thin-layer chromatographic system.
